Bryan Dean Wright: Hillary Wrapped Herself in Obama’s Legacy and the Americans Rejected Her

WRIGHT: "Yeah. Well, here’s a couple of things. One, could he have won? And then secondly, would Democrats would have wanted him to win a second time? You know, Hillary Clinton wrapped herself around President Obama’s legacy, you know, she promoted herself really as the next third term. And the American people considered that. And they rejected it. Unfortunately, for my party. But the American people spoke. And, in fact, she did get a majority of voters. She, in fact, won the popular vote but that’s not how our democracy works. So I don’t understand the President’s logic here and I don’t think in a changed election he would have won."
