Willamette Week reporter caught disrespecting GOP candidate (1190 KEX)

Willamette Week's Nigel Jaquiss is catching heat for disrespecting local politicians. WW is in the process of doing candidate reviews to decide who they will endorse in Oregon's upcoming primary. During the interview, Republican Jo Rae Perkins, who is running for Jeff Merkley's Senate seat, was on speaker phone, while her opposition, Mark Callahan was in the room. As Perkins was answering a question, Jaquiss apparently wrote "blah, blah, blah" on his note pad. Callahan called Jaquiss out for being disrespectful to Perkins.

Jaquiss, tried to change the subject to climate change. Callahan said, "It's a myth," to which Jaquiss followed with, "Where are you on the Easter Bunny?"

Things end with Callahan being asked to leave the meeting, which he does.
