Kerry: Russian Hacking ‘Had a Profound Impact’ on Our Election

KERRY: "I think that all of the cyber-attacks that are taking place, but particularly the Russian one had a profound impact on our system, on our political process, on our — it invaded the space of our election. The releasing on a regular basis of one party’s stolen e-mails had an impact. And I think that other things also had an impact. And I might add it’s something that we have spoken to that is not just happening here. It is happening in Europe, it's happening in other parts of the world and I think other countries are deeply concerned."
