Hagel: I Don’t Believe the Obama Admin that 75 Percent of ISIS Fighters Are Dead

BLITZER: "Do you take these numbers that we’re getting now from U.S. officials seriously?"
HAGEL: "No, I don’t. Because first of all, what's the veracity, the credibility you collect those numbers? That’s to start with. I don’t think the public believes it. My policy has always been don’t release that kind of thing."
BLITZER: "Body count?"
HAGEL: "Body counts. I mean, come on. Did we learn anything from Vietnam? We obviously didn’t learn a lot of things going back to the invasion of Iraq in 2003. But body counts make no sense.
