Fox News: Indiana Giving Carrier $7 Million in Tax Breaks to Keep Them in the State

ROBERTS: "There's a lot that went into the deal, at least from the state perspective, and the source in the Vice-President elect's office called me with this information just a short time ago. State of Indiana is offering $7 million in tax breaks to Carrier to keep a thousand of those jobs in the state. 5 of that 7 million is performance based and it's contingent on Carrier maintaining a certain level of jobs."
