Mnuchin: We Will Fund Infrastructure Without Ballooning the Deficit

MNUCHIN: "Well, first of all, I need to say, I think we're going to look very clearly at what we need to spend, but infrastructure is a priority for the president-elect. We need to make sure that the bridges and the roads that the power grids, that we have a 21st century infrastructure. And we'll be looking at many ways of doing it. Some of them will be private public partnerships. Some of that will be working with the states. But we'll be looking at a lot of different things and ways to fund this so that is doesn't balloon the deficit."
