SCARBOROUGH: "Donald Trump and Barack Obama talked. Barack Obama said 'North Korea is going to be the gravest threat you face over the next four years.' How bad will things get in the course of the Trump presidency regarding North Korea?”
HAYDEN: “It’s very likely by the end of Mr. Trump’s first term, the North Koreans will be able to reach Seattle with a nuclear weapon onboard and indigenously produce intercontinental ballistic missile. Now, will it be a high probability shot they will have technical issues? Probably not, but then again what kind of odds are you comfortable with when it comes to Pyongyang.”
