Donald Trump‘s campaign has apparently decided to go with a “Hillary’s Health” angle for their newest campaign ad.

The new ad from Team Trump details how America’s next president will face major challenges from hostile forces like ISIS and North Korea. As the narration says that Hillary Clinton failed “every single time as Secretary of State,” the voiceover is juxtaposed with footage from her recent episodes surrounding her physical well-being.

The footage shows Clinton as she had a coughing spell during her 11 hour testimony before the Benghazi committee last year. After that, the ad shifts to last month’s 9/11 memorial, where Clinton’s entourageled her away as she nearly collapsed from dehydration due to a case of pneumonia she suffered at the time.
