Joe Giacalone: Charlotte Police ‘Should’ve Come out with the Facts Right Away’

GIACALONE: "Absolutely. And the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has failed to address the social media problem that they have. A lot of misinformation has gone out there from the very beginning, and they have the opportunity to stop it in the beginning. And instead, we have these alternative stories that have come out. And they should have come out with the facts right away. They should have released some of these photos and some of the videos just to -- not to appease people but to inform people. This is the difference between the two. And now it's almost like they're trying to appease people."
