EARHARDT: "Well, the governor of New York, he's saying it is terror. And by definition, I would assume it would be if bombs go off in New York. But you have the mayor of New York City saying it's too soon to say that. What do you say?"
GORKA: "You don't usually set off pressure cooker IEDs --"
