New video of a dishevelled Mayor Rob Ford apparently cursing outside city hall surfaced Sunday, reportedly filmed by a young boy who had hoped to take a photo with the mayor.

The video, obtained by CTV News, was apparently filmed around 10:30 p.m. Saturday, after the 13-year-old and his mother pulled over on Bay Street outside Toronto City Hall to talk to Mayor Ford.
