Trump: ‘Under a Trump Administration,’ Violence in Chicago ‘Will End’

‘We cannot let this violence continue’

RUSH EXCERPT:

TRUMP: "Chicago just had the most violent month in 20 years, more than 2,800 people have been shot in Chicago since just the beginning of the year. You look at war-torn countries are safer than living in our inner cities by a lot. It’s not even close. It breaks everybody’s heart. We cannot let this violence continue. We can’t let it happen. It will and it must be ended. Under a trump administration, it will indeed end. It will be my priority to work with communities, local police, specific and federal law enforcement to dismantle the gangs and to liberate our citizens from violence and poverty and fear."
