Payne: ‘The Black Community Is Being Held Hostage in America’ by Dem Policies

PAYNE: "There are two different standards that have already been established. We know this already. And the bottom line is I think this is -- this is -- American -- most black Americans are held hostage. They're hostages in this country. OK? They live in fear. They live in fear in their own neighborhoods. They want to be free. They want to break this but it's going to -- it's a lot more complicated. You know, people say see something, say something. Hell no! I'm not going to say anything if the guy gets out of jail in three years."
