Nancy Pelosi Doubles Down on Her ‘Guns, Gays, and God’ Comment

PELOSI: "Well I mean, that historically when actually that demographic was traditionally democratic and there was some separation on social issues where people would vote against their economic self-interest on the basis of social issues. Some of them have still not come back. But I do think that the way to bring poem together that is a strong economic message, an economy that works for everyone, where we reward hard work, not the exportation of work or shipping jobs overseas. People have to see what an election means to them and their lives. And I think that Hillary Clinton has a very important case to make and contrast to demonstrate."
