Ann Coulter said on Thursday that Sen. Ted Cruz is “a little bitch who can’t get over” the fact that Donald Trump is the Republican nominee.

Appearing on CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” Coulter said that Cruz “committed suicide” by not endorsing Trump on Wednesday night during his speech at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.
