David Clarke: Obama Doesn’t Want to Acknowledge Black on Black Crime

CLARKE: "First of all, Ferguson is 80% black. When you make a traffic stop, who do you think for the most part it's going to involve?"
DOOCY: "Yeah."
CLARKE: "When you investigate crime, by the way, the victims are black as well. That's another thing that the president doesn't want to talk about. The black on black crime, it's a bigger problem in this country."
