White House Jokes, then Refuses to Comment on Ginsburg’s Anti-Trump Rhetoric

EARNEST: "She didn’t earn the nickname the ‘Notorious RBG’ for nothing. But what I will say is that in the past I have been asked about controversial comments from the Supreme Court justices, earlier this year, or the end of last year when justice Scalia made some comments in open Supreme Court hearing, that many found to be quite controversial, possibly even racist. At that point, I declined to weigh in to that criticism and I think I will pursue similar approach in this instance.
