CNN’s Banfield to Rep. Cole: ‘When, When, When’ Will We Get Immigration Reform?

BANFIELD: "Congressman, the issue here is that you are supposed to be that American voice and it has been stymied over and over and over again in our houses of Congress. The president saying his executive action was because of that. With that out of the way it is back in your court. The president said that Congress can only ignore America for so long. He said this is not a matter of if but a matter of when. Congressman, when, when, when?"
