They’re no longer talking about making government smarter, they’re talking about making it a lot bigger. And I agree with Gene that is the mood of some of the country, but it is not the mood of all of the country. And in a general election, if the Republicans nominate someone that’s tough to beat, she’ll have to re-calibrate her message after the convention."
