Susan Page: Exchange with Protesters over Crime Bill ‘Was the Old Bill Clinton’

‘That was the old Bill Clinton handling hecklers’

PAGE: "Two things, one, I covered both of Bill Clinton's presidential campaigns that was the old Bill Clinton handling hecklers, being effective, having a bunch of numbers and policies at his fingertips. That was reminiscent to see. The other thing that strikes me about Bernie Sanders, he doesn't want a repudiation of the Obama years he want a repudiation of the Clinton presidency and has pulled Hillary Clinton to the left on issues like the 1994 crime bill, the defensive marriage act, 1/2 at that and the value of free trade. I think that has been hard for Bill Clinton to hear."
