HEILEMANN: "With all due respect here to your former boss -- you know, one of the things we learned over the course of this nomination fight is that like it or not, Jeb Bush does not have that much impact on this party. There was no appetite for him as a candidate, he doesn't mean that much to the contemporary Republican Party. I can't imagine this endorsement is going to matter very much."
