Middle class patients in Delaware are experiencing sky high insurance price hikes, but receiving fewer services with their new plans.

Dr. Douglas Lavenburg of Lavenburg Medical Group told WCAU-PA: “I would say Obamacare is a disaster. I would call it the ‘Unaffordable Medical Tax,’ let’s just call it what it is.”

He said that there aren’t enough younger, healthy people to pay for the elderly people that frequently need to visit doctors.
