GOVERNOR: "Mr. President. Thank you. I'm always amazed to be in these sessions where you spend a lot of time with us and your next answer is more brilliant than the last. Thank you so much for being such a great president."
OBAMA: "He is a Democrat, isn't he?"

GOVERNOR: "A Republican just said that to me. We spoke on Friday little bit about the opiate crisis. I want to give you an update and ask you a question.
