SCHMIDT: “Look, at the end of the day we’re talking about Hillary Clinton’s victory. Hillary Clinton barely won the Iowa caucuses against a 74-year-old socialist from the state of Vermont, and it looks like she’s headed to defeat in the state of New Hampshire. This race is going to come down to South Carolina and we’re going to see if Bernie Sanders’ populous message resonates with black voters who will make up 60 percent of the democratic turnout in that state. But one thing we’ve seen over the — over the course of this campaign in the first contest, notwithstanding her e-mail [indecipherable] of last week with the classified information is Hillary Clinton is a very damaged, very weakened candidate who should she be the nominee heads into this general election as a — as a very, very, very damaged Democratic front-runner.”
