Sen. Klobuchar: ‘We Don’t Have a Choice But to Stand up for Ukraine’

KLOBUCHAR: “I was just in the Republican cloakroom before I came over here, and I talked to a number of the Republicans. I continue to believe that there -- we wouldn't be doing this to this extent, night after night after night, if we didn't think there was some path. We don't have a choice, but to stand up for Ukraine and stand with democracies for our own country's security and for the world security. And I have not counted that out at all. That has to happen. They have to find a way to get to, yes. We know their most extreme people are not going to be supporting it, but there's a whole lot of people on the Democratic side and on the Republican side that have been very strong about this national security package, not to mention what it means in other parts of the world as well.”
