President Obama and Hillary Clinton are "clueless" when it comes to foreign policy and countering the threat from terrorism, Marco Rubio said Monday.  

The Florida senator and GOP presidential candidate said during an appearance on "Fox and Friends" that "government in Washington and particularly the Democratic Party is completely out of touch with reality."

"The vast majority of Americans understand that this threat is not under control, in fact it continues to grow in both scope and sophistication," Rubio said, referring to the threat of terrorism.
