Jeb Refuses to Answer Whether Trump Would Be a Better President than Hillary

RUSH TRANSCRIPT: 
BERMAN: "Would he make a better president than Hillary Clinton today?"
BUSH: "I don't think that Hillary Clinton will be elected president of the United States. And her proposals aren't much better.
BERMAN: "But you didn't answer my question. Would he make a better president?"
BUSH: "I learned not to answer questions. That's one of the things you do in political discourse. You answer what you want to say."
BERMAN: "So you're just not going to answer outright? Don't the Republican voters deserve to know. You are attacking Donald Trump every day now."
BUSH: "I am."
BERMAN: "Is that part of your campaign? Do you think he would make a --"
BUSH: "I don't think he is qualified to be -- absolutely, I'd be a better president than Hillary Clinton."
BERMAN: "Would Donald Trump be?"
BUSH: "My point is -- he is not qualified to be commander-in-chief of the America's greatest fighting force."
