Fox News: Alec Baldwin Involuntary Manslaughter Charges Officially Filed

So, Alec Baldwin, as we both know, claims that he’s 1000 percent — quoting — not responsible for the death of Hutchins, and soon he will get a chance to prove it, with those charges against him, manslaughter, accusing Baldwin of shooting the gun, and Reed for loading it with live rounds. Now, the third defendant, an assistant director who handed the gun to Baldwin, has already plead out to a misdemeanor. So, if convicted of simple negligence, Baldwin and Reed each face up to 18 months in jail. However, if they’re found not just negligent, but also reckless, that jumps to 6.5 years. Baldwin has denied responsibility, saying he cocked the revolver but never pulled the trigger. He blamed Reed and others for telling him the revolver was safe when it wasn’t. Now, Reed claims she loaded dummy rounds and has no idea who inserted the real bullets. Prosecutors allege Baldwin, as producer and actor, showed a pattern of criminal disregard.”
