When we know that the first day President Biden was in office, he shut down the Keystone XL pipeline that would provide 700,000 barrels of oil every single day to Americans, we know that what he is saying now is, once again, pivoting away from the responsibility that should be borne on his shoulders. When we lack certainty and predictability, our folks in the energy sector, they can’t go excavate energy. There is too much inconsistency, instability and insecurities to provide Americans with American energy.
