I understand this is a state that has been traumatized by the second worst natural disaster in American history, not quite three years ago, I understand there will be people when they start to hear this news, will feel an enormous amount of stress, at the possibility that something severe could happen to the state again... worrying and stressing about it will not change the path of the storm.
