Fox News: A Federal Judge in Florida Has Struck Down the Biden Administration’s Mask Mandate for Travel

HEMMER: “The much hated mask mandate on the plane and on the train has been tossed out moments ago in Florida. A federal judge blocked the Biden Administration’s mandate for airlines and other public transportation, including a nationwide injunction. Now, the administration extended the mask mandate until May 3. It is not clear whether an appeal will be filed to allow the mandate to stay in place. We have reached out to the White House for comment. Back up just a little bit. March 18 was the day it was supposed to be lifted from airplanes. It was extended a month until April 18, which is today, and then a few weeks ago the administration extended another two weeks to the 3rd of May. So technically, if you’re flying right now on a plane, you could argue you don’t have to wear the mask.”
