CBS: As Poll Numbers Slide, Clinton Says ‘Sorry’ for E-mail Server Scandal

‘For the first time, Hillary Clinton says she’s sorry about using a private e-mail server while she was secretary of state’

DICKERSON: “For the first time Hillary Clinton says she's sorry about using a private e-mail sever while she was secretary of state. A new poll this morning shows 42 percent of Democrats support her run for president compared to 52 percent one month ago. Nancy Cordes is at the Brookings Institute in Washington where Clinton will speak shortly about the nuclear deal with Iran. Nancy, good morning.”

CORDES: “Good morning. And before she does that, she's trying to lay to rest some of these persistent questions about her e-mail use, showing for the first time that she’s contrite about the choices that she made.”
