RUSH TRANSCRIPT:
NAPOLITANO: “I could give you a laundry list of people who have been indicted who did far less than she.”
CARLSON: “I’m thinking about general Petraeus.”
NAPOLITANO: “Last month, the justice Department indicted a 22-year-old sailor who took a selfie in front of a sonar screen and emailed it to -- in a nuclear submarine and emailed it to his girlfriend. He was indicted.”
CARLSON: “All right.”
NAPOLITANO: “A marine in Afghanistan warned his superiors, there is danger in your group. He used his Gmail account by mistake. He was indicted.”
CARLSON: “ How long does the process take? She is running for president and has 14 months or less to be the democratic candidate.”
NAPOLITANO: “She is at the hands of one of the most sophisticated teams of federal prosecutors in the Justice Department. They don't give a darn about politics. The president would be hard pressed to reject that recommendation.”
