KORNACKI: “You say the 53 percent approval rating in our New NBC News poll. I think the benchmark we were always looking at with Donald Trump for the four years of his presidency, could Trump break a 50 percent approval rating and the answer is no. For four years as president he was never able to get above 50 percent. Biden is there now, he’s really been there consistently for the first hundred days. So, certainly if you are comparing Biden and Trump on the poll numbers, Biden has consistently been out of the gate than Trump was his entire presidency.”
