Scott Brown: Despite Obama’s Claims, Republicans Have Offered Health Care Plans

Former Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown explains what he would do on health care

BROWN: “Well there have been plans. I mean, we did it in Massachusetts. We allowed the individual states to make the determination as to what type of health care coverage that they want to provide their citizens. We had 98 percent of our people insured. We did it without raising taxes or cutting half a trillion from Medicare. We have the Cadillac plan so to speak that fully compensated [INDECIPHERABLE] care. So there are options. And the federal government is not a good steward of our money, number one. They don't implement programs well, look at the Veterans Affairs and how the coverage and the -- kind of the failed coverage that our vets get.”
