PADILLA: "So, as we work ahead towards the American Jobs Plan now, it is not just roads and bridges, right, we're going to build back better. We're going to build back more sustainably. We're going to build back more inclusively, because it's not just our infrastructure that needs rebuilding, it's our economy that needs rebuilding, to be inclusive of the entrepreneurs that are there in our communities, but aren't always recognized by the traditional financial institutions. So I'm pleased to be part of today's event. Thank you for your inspiration and for your example, and you can continue to count on our support."
