Detroit Mayor Reacts to Judge’s Ruling That Detroit Can File for Bankruptcy

“I don't think we have a final determination as to what all the elements are going to be to get us through this process. But it's a process that I think we need to take a lot of care because there's going to be pain for a lot of different people. But in the long run, I think the future of the city will be bright. there are a lot of positive things that are now happening. There are things that are in queue that will happen in 2014. And once again, we all need to get into the same boat, pull together as tough as it's going to be, it's important for the future of the city that we get this behind us."
