ABC's Rebecca Jarvis reported on the Obama administration's recent report that the Obamacare website has improved substantially in the month of November but still is well short of its enrollment goals Sunday on This Week.

"If they want to get seven million people signed up it will fall short of that number," she said. "We're looking at one million people, at the current rate signed up in the amount of time they were expecting."
