Well, about an hour ago the Trump campaign was dealt another disappointing legal blow in the state of Pennsylvania with a federal judge dismissing a lawsuit and ruling that 'the campaign’s claims have no merit. The number of ballots it specifically challenges is far smaller than the roughly 81,000-vote margin of victory. And it never claims fraud or that any votes were cast by illegal voters.' Well, the Trump campaign now has the option of asking the Supreme Court for emergency injunctive relief, and they could file an appeal as early as this afternoon. And it certainly looks like they’re going to do it because one of the campaign’s attorneys just tweeted that 'the activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud,' adding 'on to SCOTUS.'”
