ROONEY: "It’s very damaging. If you can explain the hold President Trump seems to have over elected Republicans, where they follow him with unquestionable loyalty, you’re a lot smarter than I am. I don’t understand it. I think our job is to question and do the right thing and use our conscience and our principles and our values and our belief in America as we executed what we do as congresspeople. That’s not happening around here right now. This election is over. We should be uniting behind the President-Elect in working to show the rest of the world that we are still a united America."
