EMANUEL: "That’s a great question and one of the reasons that Europe is having this uptick now is that August vacation where people sort of ignored all the things that they were doing for months and months, really led to this uptick. It’s perfectly timed, it’s eight weeks after all those activities, that’s exactly what we would have predicted.
