What held us back obviously was government spending down 18 percent, structures which has been a long going thing. You know, businesses mostly invest in technology rather than building new plants. They retrofit them for the 21st century. So this is a long-term trend that’s been in place anyway. But if you look at the details, it’s even better than the headline."
