JILL BIDEN: "Donald Trump is going out holding the rallies, people don't have masks, that's entirely different, like you're saying with what we're doing. We're listening to the state's rules, what they're saying about gatherings, how many people can be there, but we're doing a lot of fun stuff, Gerald, like we're having these car rallies, where people stay in their cars and it's just -- you know they blow their horns and wave flags and signs and it's -- it's been a lot of fun. So, you know, it's a -- you're right, it's a different feel but I think the rallies that Donald Trump is having I think it's irresponsible, because people's lives are on the line."
