TRANSCRIPT:

SCHUMER: "There are so many. We just elected — we just elected three young congresspeople in New York, Richie Torres from South Bronx, Mondaire Jones from Westchester, and Jamal Bowman from border of Westchester and the Bronx. These guys have a great future. One of the things, by the way, I'm working with them on, with Elizabeth Warren, may affect your audience. We believe that President Biden, if he becomes president, could eliminate student loan debt without Congress, with a flick of a pen, that he has that power. So we're proposing that the first $50,000 of everyone's student debt would be automatically eliminated. They're working with me on this because they know, they have student debt loan."
