ROVE: “On the case of Joe Biden, I'd say the key thing is to stay focused on his vision for the future and don’t get drawn into the mano-a-mano fight. Biden sounded like he wanted to come in and rumble. That’s not the best path for him. The best path for him is to be the unifier who's got a concrete idea of what he wants to do as president and attempts to draw everybody around that vision. And to the degree that he gets drawn into a mud fight with President Trump, that doesn’t serve his advantage."
