RUSH TRANSCRIPT:

WATTERS: “The event is being billed as the great American comeback. Joining me, former Trump white House chief staff just, Steve Bannon. You have had the pandemic. The snap recession. Racial unrest in this country. How would you frame this election if you were the president. It looks like he’s saying I’m a man of action. I’m going to bring back the country and take on China while Biden is a sleepy corrupt puppet who will destroy the economy.”

BANNON: “You heard John Roberts talk about the enthusiasm people have for getting this campaign under way. This is not just a rough patch. It’s one of the most turbulent times we visibility undergone in modern history. This was an economy that worked for the people at the lower end of the scale. That’s what President Trump showed through action action action. He built a terrific economy. This rally is very important. But next week as president he goes down to the wall in yuma to see the new wall being built down there. He goes to Wisconsin there there is an order for 10 Navy ships. He will bring back the supply chain back to the United States, and he’s running against the globalists. As he lays out his vision for the next four years. To me it’s clear, a man of action versus Joe Biden who has been a legislator his entire life and a globalist.”

WATTERS: “If the president go to the border or to Wisconsin to look at a shipyard. If Joe Biden continues to use the excuse of virus to hide in his basement, how long do you think he can survive in that state?”

BANNON: “I don’t think he can. At the top of his game he was not Einstein’s cousin. He has to prove to people he can handle not just complex topics. But he’s a man of action who can force his will on things. He’s been in the witness protection program. He has a proof of life podcast he does every so often. He time he comes on television it’s a disaster. He doesn’t have a great track record. In fact if you remember what bill parscale said, you are your record. He supported globalist corporations and he has been their advocate for 40 years. And he will have to run against that record and convince people that he’s got a plan of action. On jobs, on needed reform, and also against China, as he handles a pandemic which he’s working with governors to open rapidly and smartly and safely. When people see the difference between the order of Trump and the chaos of Biden, it will be a clear choice. I think Biden will have a difficult time making the case to people.”
