Roy Moore: Ruth Bader Ginsburg Should Be Impeached for Officiating Gay Wedding

Alabama's Roy Moore: "The Supreme Court right now who have actually performed same-sex marriages. Ginsburg and Kagan. In fact, just last weekend, Ginsburg performed a same-sex marriage. And when she did, it was pointed out by the "New York Times" that she subtly or they said slyly, which I'll quote what the "New York Times" says, with a sly look and a special emphasis on the word "Constitution," Justice Ginsburg said she was pronouncing the two men married by the powers invested in her by the Constitution of the United States. Now she's commenting on the case which is before her and under judicial ethics of federal judges, she can't do that. Congress should do something about this."
