George Will: Criticizing Obama’s Iraq Strategy Will Become Problem for GOP (Mediaite)

George Will told GOP hawks Sunday to be careful what they wished for in so fervently criticizing President Barack Obama’s relatively less aggressive strategy against ISIS.

“Various Republicans and presidential candidates are being drawn by the logic of their criticism of Barack Obama into saying we should go back in with ground troops,” Will said on Fox News Sunday. “ISIS is a big problem for Barack Obama. The more they criticize him, it’s gonna be a big problem for Republicans, who will be challenged: if you will the end, you have to will the means to that end, and what are your means?”
