MURPHY: “It’s really hard to get your head wrapped around how big this tragedy is when 90,000 people disappear from the United States unexpectedly in a period of six months. And, yes, of course, the only way that you can get past this is with social distancing, but also, with technology. Because in order for us to open the economy white virus remains at lower levels, you’re going to have to be able to do the testing and tracing and quarantining necessary to stop the virus from coming back. So it’s both sticking with the social distancing guidelines until the experts say it’s OK to open back up, but it’s also investing in the technology that will allow us to open up hopefully sometime this summer."
