GRAHAM: "Joe Biden's running for the Senate and I'm running for president."

REPORTER 2: "The President this morning said that he believes that chief — that Justice Ginsburg and Sotomayor should recuse themselves from any case involving the President or this Administration. Do you agree with that?"

GRAHAM: "I don't know, I don't think they're going to recuse themselves. Judges have opinions, too, and she was pretty vocal in her dissent and I disagree with her dissent, but she has the right to do it. I don't — I don't think that's going to happen."
